Copyright Policy
ReelPaste does not host a library of media. Files are held on our server for at most one hour so a visitor's browser can save them. When we receive a valid notice, we block the identified link from being imported again.
Sending a notice
Email [email protected] with:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- The copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
- The exact link or links to block.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If a link was blocked by mistake, email the same address with the link, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the block was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
We may restrict access for anyone who repeatedly uses the service to infringe copyright.
